Description

FAM is seeking a self-driven and resilient Client Growth Specialist with creative or hiring agency experience, to expand our client base of luxury and fashion brands. The Client Growth Specialist will use strategies to identify, outreach, and qualify prospects, as well as land new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone with great communication and decision-making skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to passionately present the company to potential clients.

Responsibilities

    Develop, manage, and grow new and existing client relationships
    Drive new account growth via prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration
    Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold-calling
    Uncover prospect’s business challenges, determine new opportunities for growth, and look for new ways to streamline business processes
    Convey the essence of our services in easy-to-grasp terms, and communicate the company value proposition to prospective clients

Qualifications

    2-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related field
    Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
    Experience and connections within the fashion and luxury market
    Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality
